Located in the foothills of Scott County in Dungannon, VA. The retreat center can accommodate up to 70 overnight guest for retreats. You'll find the dining room a great place to enjoy gourmet home-cooked meals and fellowship! We offers accommodations for one-day or overnight retreats, days of reflection, workshops, meetings and conferences. Location is within short driving distance of Coeburn, Norton, Wise, Abingdon, Bristol, Kingsport, and Johnson City.

Break out of the (boring) boardroom!  Corporate groups goals and objectives can easily & naturally be reached when everyone is playing together in the great outdoors, with the sun on their cheeks.

If you prefer a more formal approach, we have a professional facilitator on staff that can customize a team-building program to fit your specific needs.  And yes, you’ll still have a lot of fun!

Educational groups from both public and private sectors have enjoyed outdoor adventures with us for more than 35 years.  Kayaking the Clinch River is the most popular activity providing the opportunity to focus upon team building, U.S. history and natural history in an entertaining environment.
